salary: $36 - $37 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

The Mission: What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for core, routine microbial lab tasks in a high-volume environment:

• Routine Microbial Analysis: Perform essential microbial lab tasks, including plate counting, dilution, and sampling .

• Media Preparation: Follow established media recipes and solutions to accurately make agar and various media .

• Operational Support: Assist the team with other functions and duties as assigned, demonstrating agility for change in a fast-paced laboratory.

• Documentation: Utilize your knowledge of Windows-based computer programs for data tracking and recording.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry .

• Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a laboratory setting is preferred .

• Soft Skills: Must possess solid technical and interpersonal skills , good communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team .
