Job Summary:

This position supports the development and management of marketing content across a physical and digital member touchpoints. Key responsibilities include in-house graphic design, collateral and supply management, branch merchandising, and assistance in staging major member events and promotions. Additional responsibilities include supporting EdFed’s website content updates and acting as a supplemental resource in scheduling of member email campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads in-house graphic design projects, including collaboration on new marketing campaigns and advertising layouts.
  • Manages incoming requests for new marketing creative and ensures assignment to designated team members/vendors for development.
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors on production fulfillment, printing, distribution, and delivery of marketing materials to assigned location/department.
  • Designs communication templates including member newsletters, marketing campaign guides, and presentations for financial education and business development teams.
  • Serves as backup in managing member email layouts and scheduling within EdFed’s CMS platform.
  • Contributes ideas and input to be leveraged in the creation of new marketing campaigns ad member promotions.
  • Manages order fulfillment for customized business cards and employee name badges.
  • Completes monthly inspection of marketing collateral library to ensure materials are updated and available for deployment to branch and business development teams.
  • Coordinates with Marketing stakeholders to ensure branded collateral copy is updated prior to replenishing inventory levels
  • Conducts routine reviews of enterprise website pages to identify required updates; implements updates via CMS platform under the supervision of marketing leadership.
  • Makes quarterly visits to all branch locations to ensure marketing touchpoints and branch collateral are updated and in alignment with EdFed’s brand standards.
  • Assists in the staging of branch marketing campaigns, major promotions, and tradeshow events
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of EdFed’s products, services, and compliance guidelines.
  • Leverages Monday.com platform to post, route, and update departmental workflow, including 90-day marketing calendar.
  • Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related degree required
  • 3 to 5 years in financial services marketing strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • HubSpot Certification/HubSpot Marketing Hub experience preferred
  • Graphic design experience (Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) required
