About Performance Academies LLC:

Over 25 years Performance Academies has become Ohio’s highest academically performing charter school organization, providing high-quality education to students in grades K-8. Our mission is to help students develop strong minds and bodies through a program of extra math and reading, an enhanced sports and fitness program, and good citizenship, in an extended school day. Our fourteen schools across Ohio provide a positive, structured learning environment where students thrive.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to generate student enrollment and keep our parents supported and informed. This role requires a balanced skill set: strategic thinking; project and resource management; data analysis; and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the plan across all channels with special emphasis on understanding and reaching parents in our local neighborhoods.
  • Build standard processes and parent/student journeys with our CRM and CDP.
  • Gather market data and analyze competition for opportunities and trends, and understand the calls to action relevant to the time of year.
  • Report in detail on campaigns, analyze findings, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain brand standards in all media and materials.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead management and integration of our new website, with CRM and CDP, currently in progress.
  • Apply our CRM and CDP systems to increase and improve the personal connections between parents and principals, students and teachers.
  • Execute campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and local events.
  • Coordinate with leadership, superintendents, and vendors, to help each school meet enrollment throughout the year.
  • Content Creation: Strong verbal and visual ability is required, including the ability to write and edit text and image content, sourcing content from specialized vendors, such as video, as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing and advertising activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or significant, equivalent related experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management, within the education sector or a similar service industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that generate measurable, attributable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, CRM/CDP, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to track and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the charter school landscape in Ohio is a plus.

Salary Range:
