The Marketing Director will serve as a forward-thinking partner for our restaurants creating and executing a marketing strategy and on-site appeal that attracts and engages customers. In this role, you will use your ability to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns following strategic objectives to ensure local restaurant marketing and in restaurant merchandising drive desired objectives. This position will drive the enhancement of customers' in-restaurant shopping experience and provide our franchisees with the marketing, digital media, and online tools they need to build incremental sales. Top candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, be self-managed, have strong time management skills, and have the ability to take a general concept and build out a business growth strategy and corresponding executional plans.
