The Role

We are seeking an Licensed Health Insurance agent for our rapidly growing Medicare health insurance agency. You will help take inbound calls from interested individuals and run pre-set appointments to help educate, compare and help in the plan selection and enrollment process for our new clients. This role is performed in office and is only for motivated sales individuals. Will train the right individual and help get them licensed quickly as well.

Candidate Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to commute and work in our Spanish Fork, Utah location
• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
• Clean work history and ability to pass a background check
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software
• Excellent time management skills
• Task and goal oriented mindset
• Ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance standards
• Ability to pass annual certifications such as AHIP 
• Demonstrate knowledge of products after training
• Experience with inbound and outbound phone sales preferred
• Posses ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills
• Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients
• 1 yr+ of Medicare or ACA sales preferred but not required
