We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Acupuncturist who is dedicated to providing exceptional healing through holistic, results-driven care. Job Summary: The Acupuncturist administers professional acupuncture and complementary TCM modalities to support client healing, balance, and transformation. This role requires a holistic mindset, exceptional communication, and the ability to provide customized treatments in alignment with Redmint’s elevated service standards. Core Responsibilities: Provide professional acupuncture services, including health-focused acupuncture and facial acupuncture treatments, using Redmint protocols and TCM best practices. Administer additional TCM modalities such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, sound therapy, energy work, or bodywork techniques as part of the treatment experience. Ability to integrate light massage therapy or manual techniques into acupuncture sessions to support enhanced outcomes and overall healing. Educate clients on holistic wellness, lifestyle guidance, and self-care routines. Be punctual, manage time efficiently, and deliver services within the designated session duration. Maintain treatment space cleanliness, hygiene, and restocking between sessions. Promote Redmint offerings, including treatments, memberships, retail products, and wellness programs. Support a positive, team-oriented environment and be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications: Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California (required and in good standing). Minimum 3 or more years of hands-on experience in acupuncture and holistic health. Knowledge of and experience in massage therapy, bodywork, or manual techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating and engaging with clients. A strong passion for TCM, preventative wellness, and natural healing practices. Willingness to train in and uphold Redmint’s signature treatment offerings and standards.
