Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys
Prepare, edit, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Manage attorney calendars, schedule court appearances, and track important deadlines
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently
Maintain and organize case files (both electronic and paper)
Handle document production, e-filing, and correspondence
Assist with trial preparation and file management before and during hearings
Qualifications:
23 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary , preferably in litigation
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Familiarity with NYS and Federal e-filing systems and court scheduling procedures
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with a proactive, professional attitude
