What You’ll Do 

• Launches, tests, and scales paid advertising campaigns.
• Works with personal finance-related products and services.
• Measures performance against clear KPI targets.
• Analyzes and refines campaigns to hit results.

This role is ideal if you:

• Have 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
• Want to step up and work with large ad budgets and global audiences.
• Are detail-oriented, data-driven, and hungry to grow.

What We’re Looking For Must-haves:

• Strong communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Some hands-on experience or understanding of platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
• A sharp learning curve and a proactive attitude.

Bonus points if you also have:

• A grasp of marketing, copywriting, or sales funnels.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, Bing, native ads).
