Our goal is to craft a design that reflects our Clients’ unique personalities and lifestyles. We are searching for a talented Junior Interior Designer to join us and grow within a collaborative, family friendly, and professional environment. Responsibilities Support the design process for custom residential projects from concept to completion. Collaborate closely with senior designers to understand the vision and Client preferences. Develop elevations and details using ArchiCAD, ensuring precision and clarity. Make preliminary selections of materials in alignment with the stylistic intent and budget. Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of quality throughout every stage of the project. Communicate effectively with senior designers, team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Stay current with new materials, techniques, and best practices in residential design. Qualifications An individual who is eager to learn more, humble, and driven by the success of the entire team. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. At least 3 years of experience working in a residential interior design firm. Proficiency in CAD software (ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar). Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and material selection. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
