About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Associate or Post-Bar Law Clerk who is eager to build a strong foundation in litigation and trial work. You’ll be mentored by senior attorneys, gain exposure to all phases of civil litigation, and develop the skills necessary to become a confident and effective advocate.

What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions under direct attorney supervision
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case summaries
• Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
• Observe and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner on active case strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Recent law school graduate, judicial clerk, or attorney with up to 4 years of experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Eagerness to learn from experienced trial attorneys and grow within a mentorship-driven environment
• Admission to the California Bar (or pending results)
