WHAT YOU'LL DO: This position is of utmost importance to the success of i.t.NOW and our clients. Engineers in this position answer first line calls and service requests. This person will be a powerful communicator and manage difficult and complex client situations that need strong guidance and resolution. This person will be prompt, to the point and know the importance of communicating ETAs to clients. This person will be then able to execute with a sound degree of expertise, confidence, personality, and knowledge, enabling i.t.NOW clients to experience our commitment to stellar service.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Good communication with our engineers and management Ability to communicate with client at all levels from IT personnel to CxO's and to understand business issues in context of IT issues Take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution Takes a personal interest in and responsibility for quality of work completed or associated with Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations Ability and willingness to recognize when it is necessary to ask for technical expertise from others Ability to provide accurate time estimates for how long a task will take Understand that the success of individuals is measured by the success of their teams Enjoys sharing information, supporting others, and working on a team to achieve team goals and success

Qualifications

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Minimum 1-year experience - Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange Support Minimum 1-year experience - Switching/ VLAN/Routing/Firewall Support Minimum 1-year experience - Server Hardware Technologies (CPU, RAID, SCSI) Support Minimum 1-year experience - Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support.

T1: Pay: $36,000 - $42,000 DOE

i.t.NOW, Inc. offers a 401(k)-retirement investment account; i.t.NOW, Inc. will match up to 4% of your workable pay. 401(k) plans offer a good way for employees to save money for their future and to save on taxes.

Work From Home (WFH): Employees have 1 dedicated day to work remote per week, required in office 4 of 5 days, plus an additional day of flexible WFH per month.

Employee begins to accrue time off immediately at a rate of 3.08 hours per pay period which equates to two weeks (10 days) PTO your first year.

i.t.NOW, Inc. offers great health benefits. They include medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental life, and disability insurance. For most, they become effective on the first of the month following 60-days worked. i.t.NOW, Inc., also covers the cost of life insurance for both employee and dependent(s) with a policy of $25,000 for employee and $10,000 for dependents.
