Keymark is now interviewing IT Application Support Analysts to support our Corporate Office in Fonda, NY. This is an entry-level IT position and is an hourly compensated role. Depending on your experience and capabilities, the starting annual projected pay is $55,000 per year . New Graduates or those recently certified are encouraged to apply.

This is an in-person, in-office role; applicants should live within a commutable distance to the Fonda, NY office. There is No Sponsorship at this time or in the future for this position.

About the position:

The IT Application Support Analyst I position assists the System Administrator.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
• Provide guidance and support to users encountering problems with applications.
• Ensure applications are functioning correctly and efficiently, including monitoring performance
• and implementing updates.
• This person, based on the report requirements, will create reports and workflows using tools like:
• SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, C#, .Net, and .Net Core.
• This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with excellent written and oral
• communication skills.

As the IT Application Support Analyst, your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and reporting for all internal customers (such as manufacturing, customer service, sales staff, executive management, and other business units) and external customers as requested by sales staff or other management.
• Automated Reporting
• Website Reporting
• Data Integrity Reporting.
• Compile ad-hoc reports for staff.
• Work with customers to support their needs by supplying ad-hoc reports and documentation.
• Ensure enterprise MRPs are upgraded in a timely manner.
• Test, analyze, and implement new features as they become available and continually review and evaluate the usefulness of existing but unused features.
• Attend software conferences to ensure we stay up to date with emerging technologies.
• Some application programming as necessary.
• Work under the guidance and supervision of the System Administrator, will perform additional tasks as directed, and will provide status reports where required.

To do this job successfully, you should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Transact SQL
• Crystal Reports
• SSRS
• Visual Basic
• Self-directed; ability to be productive, effective, and efficient with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills are imperative, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Availability to carry a pager or phone and provide on-call support for IT-related issues is
• mandatory.
• A willingness and ability to work occasional weekends and evenings, as required, is expected.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages is advantageous.
• This position will be asked frequently for ad-hoc reporting and must be capable of understanding and using relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), and various reporting tools (Excel, for example) in order to provide the requested information.
• This position will be asked to troubleshoot the software when it does not perform as the user expects, and must be capable of performing a root cause analysis.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work is primarily sedentary. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Observation and/or software testing in factory environment is occasionally required.
