Design Project Manager

Broad Avenue is an established luxury boutique interior design firm in Naples, Florida looking for a detail-driven Design Manager/ Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly from proposal to installation.

This is not a design role — it’s about organization, follow-through, and making sure every detail is accounted for. If you love checking things off lists, keeping projects on track, and solving problems before they happen, please apply.

Position Description:

• Gathering pricing & preparing client proposals

• Ordering and tracking furniture, fabrics & finishes

• Managing spreadsheets and keeping records accurate

• Following up with vendors and manufacturers (lead times, finishes, missing items)

• Overseeing final close-out after installs (replacements, repairs, missing items)

• Coordinating deliveries and managing inventory

• This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours a week that could lead into a full time position. Hourly rate is $30 to $35.00 per hour.

What we are looking for:

• detail-oriented person with proficiency in Studio Designer and other design-related software packages

• Excellent communicator who has persistent follow-up skills

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and tracking systems

• Background in design, furniture, or related field is a plus
