This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles. This is not a fully remote position. Please do not apply if you do not live in the LA area. Agency Guacamole is an award‑winning, LA‑based influencer marketing, PR and events agency. We help clients in the beauty and lifestyle space tell their stories in a variety of ways—in partnership with the media, on social media channels, in collaboration with influencers and through cool events. Check out some of our work on our Instagram: Role Overview As an Influencer Marketing Account Manager, you will build communications campaigns for our hair, skin and color cosmetics clients. Your responsibilities will include managing influencer/talent strategy and relationships, content briefing and review, reporting and project managing various ongoing activations. Key Responsibilities Manage overall client relationship including day‑to‑day communication and ongoing campaign support. Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and changes in the influencer marketing landscape. Plan, coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Create engaging and compelling briefs that outline campaign objectives, deliverables and key messaging for influencers. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines, messaging and disclosure guidelines. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain relationships with talent agencies and vendor partners. Support internal and external initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 3‑5 years of marketing experience (brand or agency side) including campaign development, pitching/negotiation, and influencer culture expertise. Strong understanding of project tracking and reporting. Beauty/lifestyle experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working with talent and agents in the beauty/lifestyle space. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with keen attention to detail and follow‑through.
