Overview In-Office Property Accountant up to $85,000 We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Accountant to take on full accounting responsibilities across our property portfolio and help us continue to grow. Responsibilities Manage comprehensive property accounting for both residential and commercial assets Execute full-cycle accounting tasks: posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, and closing the books monthly Oversee AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting functions specific to each property Engage in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the financial strategy of each asset Collaborate closely with both field and in-office teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management Qualifications 3+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting Proficient in AppFolio or similar property management accounting software a plus Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, financial statement prep, and month-end close There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
