Illustrator/Artist

• 40 hours per week
• 6 month contract with opportunity to convert to full time employment
• Mostly onsite work arrangement with some hybrid flexibility

A creative eCommerce company is seeking an Artist to join its production team. This role focuses on creating original designs that are sold globally, helping customers bring their creative projects to life. Key Responsibilities

• Create original artwork using Illustrator and vector files based on project assignments
• Modify and adapt art based on feedback to meet quality and style requirements
• Collaborate with team members to understand project complexity and deadlines
• Participate in regular team and company meetings
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development

Position Requirements

• Strong Illustrator (vector art) skills; Photoshop knowledge a plus
• Strong drawing and composition abilities
• Ability to interpret and apply written and verbal creative direction
• Adaptability in delivering artwork in multiple styles and levels of complexity
• Ability to balance analytical and creative thinking
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Problem-solving skills for technical design challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Sewing or pattern-making experience is a plus
