Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions within the plant environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and manufacturing safety standards.
• Administer performance management programs, talent development, and training initiatives for the production workforce.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, conducting wage surveys relevant to the manufacturing sector.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies tailored to the manufacturing workforce.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven HR management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies specific to manufacturing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and their application in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing or significantly contributing to workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish).
• Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization, particularly integrating with manufacturing-specific time & attendance or production systems.
