  • Undertake thorough inspections and testing to foresee and prevent future problems.

  • Handle service requests both in the workshop and in the field.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to boost equipment reliability and optimize uptime.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in material handling technology and practices.
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Key Skills & Expertise:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a specialized technical certificate is advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working as a forklift or heavy machinery mechanic.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Competence in interpreting technical literature and schematics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combined with organizational prowess.
  • Successful record of solo and team-based work environments.
  • Licensed driver with clean record — essential for potential company vehicle use in field service.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening.
  • Personal tools are a plus, though not essential.
Competitive Enhancements:
  • Factory-endorsed certifications (e.g., Toyota, Hyster, Crown).
  • ASE or parallel mechanical certifications.
  • Proficiency in Spanish as well as English.
Benefits Offered:
  • Competitive hourly wage rate between $26.00 and $34.00, with experience consideration.
  • A comprehensive insurance package covering health, dental, and vision care.
  • Paid vacations, public holidays, and 401(k) savings plan with matching employer contributions.
  • Paths for professional growth and learning opportunities.
  • Provision of a company vehicle and mobile phone for field duty.

Aim to bring your mechanical expertise to a workplace that respects your skills?
