Job Description:

Seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical, allied health, and other assigned roles.
This position partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates efficiently.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions.
Partner with hiring managers on strategy, updates, and candidate selection.
Source active & passive candidates using various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
Coordinate job postings, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in ATS.
Prepare and negotiate job offers.
Bachelor’s degree required.
