What You’ll Do :

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare and non-clinical roles—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and deliver results.

Source candidates like a pro using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own creative magic.

Manage multiple requisitions across various industries—you’ll never be bored, and you’ll always be learning.

Who You Are:

A recruiting powerhouse with 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting (agency experience a plus!).

Fast-moving, organized, and unshakable under pressure—you thrive in high-speed, high-stakes environments.

A natural communicator and relationship builder who makes candidates and clients feel like VIPs.

Goal-oriented and metrics-driven—you love watching your placements (and commissions) stack up.
