At Holistic Integration, we’re seeking a Health Coach to be an integral part of our patient care team. You’ll be hands-on in interpreting diagnostics, developing supplement protocols, and guiding patients through customized plans that address the root cause of their health concerns.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret functional lab results and assessments (including hormone panels, GI maps, and hair analysis)

• Use in-house tools like Electrodermal Screening (EDS)/Avatar to test supplements against the patient’s energetic responses

• Create customized supplement protocols based on test results and patient needs

• Develop functional plans of care, including supplement, lifestyle, and service recommendations

• Clearly communicate what each recommendation is for and ensure patient understanding

• Collaborate closely with the Physician Assistant and other providers to align care plans

• Support patients in understanding their functional health goals and ensure follow-up plans are in place

• Educate patients on the importance of compliance, consistency, and long-term wellness

• Contribute to team meetings, training, and patient education events

Who You Are:

• Certified Health Coach (FMCHC, IIN, or similar) or Clinical Nutritionist preferred

• Experienced in interpreting labs and crafting supplement-based care plans OR highly motivated to learn

• Knowledgeable in functional medicine concepts and natural health practices

• Confident working with diagnostic tools and supplements to guide personalized protocols

• Clear, compassionate communicator who can educate and empower patients

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills

• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting
