Position: Head of Affiliate Marketing
Compensation: USD $100,000 - $130,000 per annum + up to 30% Performance Bonus
Total Annual Package: Up to USD $174,100
Location: Remote
Puffy is a top 5 mattress brand in the US, and we're seeking a results-driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate program strategy and drive significant revenue growth through innovative partnership approaches. This role will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network and optimizing program performance across the competitive D2C mattress landscape.
Youll establish and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, identify unexplored channels, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and support our position as an industry leader.
Youll build and scale the affiliate partnerships that fuel millions in revenue. Youre not optimizing someone elses strategyyou're architecting the entire program from partner recruitment to performance optimization. Youll negotiate with industry-leading affiliates, identify whitespace opportunities, and create the testing frameworks that separate good programs from dominant ones. This is the role where you prove you can build, not just manage.
