About the Role

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Build lasting client relationships by understanding individual and business insurance needs.
• Offer a full range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
• Consult with clients to evaluate risks and recommend tailored coverage options.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Provide clients with peace of mind by protecting what matters most.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License (Required); Life & Health License a plus.
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related industries preferred.

Work from Home

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• A Property & Casualty license is required
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
