Heavy Equipment Operator Openings

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team and work at our site from Monday to Friday. The work schedule consists of five ten-hour shifts, starting at 5:30 AM. There is an opportunity for overtime on Saturdays, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours. The role involves operating various equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, and front end loaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment including motor graders, rollers, and skid steers with expertise.
• Navigate and work efficiently around cranes, pedestrians, tight spaces, and stair towers.
• Demonstrate proficiency and comfort with each piece of equipment used in different projects, avoiding wide-open projects such as freeways.
• Maintain a high level of patience while operating equipment.
• Ensure reliability and hard work in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of experience in equipment operation.
• Certifications in equipment operation (valid or expired).
• CDL Class A license.
• Medical Card.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work hard and maintain reliability.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
