Drafting Manager

Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of a Drafting Manager to join our team! In this role you’ll be responsible for leading the in-house drafting team, requiring deep experience in AutoCAD and Revit along with a strong understanding of constructability, detailing standards, and prefabrication workflows. A day in the life:

• Supervise and mentor a team of drafters producing shop tickets, erection drawings, and coordination sets.
• Oversee drafting schedules, allocate workloads, and coordinate with external drafting resources.
• Review and approve all drawing outputs to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
• Provide team training in AutoCAD and Revit and maintain drafting standards and workflows.

The wish list:

• 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a drafting or detailing role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Prior work in architectural precast concrete or similar structural systems.
