COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dermatology (DERM)

• $700k + Earning Potential
• $100,000 Starting Bonus
• Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision coverage. 401k retirement plan. 4 Weeks PTO
• Transition to collections-based compensation after year 1

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dermatology (DERM)

• 30-40 Patients Per Day
• Up to 3 dedicated Medical Assistants per Physician
• New clinic in a highly desirable suburban location

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dermatology (DERM)

• General Dermatology or Mohs Surgery
• Ability to obtain Arizona Licensure
