A long standing and highly regarded dental practice in Eastwood is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of one year experience in a dental or medical setting. Previous dental experience and experience with Eaglesoft preferred. The right candidate will be friendly, self-motivated, a quick learner, computer literate and able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Confirming appointments
• Confirming dental insurance and verifying covered benefits
• Collecting and posting patient payments into Eaglesoft
• Accurately entering patient information, insurance information and health history into Eaglesoft
• Checking out patients, scheduling new appointments verifying treatment rendered and preparing insurance claims and dental preauthorizations
• Maintain patient confidentiality as it relates to HIPAA laws
• Ability to calculate, verify and update patient fees appropriately
• Perform other related duties as assigned by practice management from time to time
