We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
  

• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  

• Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
  

• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
  

• Meet daily or weekly data entry targets.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or typist is a plus.
  

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar).
  

• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
