💼 Schedule & Compensation

• Hybrid Work Schedule :
• In-Office : Tuesday, Thursday & every other Friday (Irvine, CA)
• Work from Home : Monday, Wednesday & alternating Fridays
• Competitive Pay : $26/hour

📌 What You’ll Do as a CSR

• Serve as the first point of contact for product complaints and customer inquiries through toll-free lines and other channels.
• Accurately document complaint details in the company database in compliance with FDA and ISO regulations.
• Ask the right questions to gather accurate product and event details while maintaining a positive customer experience .
• Escalate urgent or critical issues promptly to the right teams.
• Deliver clear, courteous, and timely responses while protecting the confidentiality of patient, customer, and proprietary information.
• Stay logged in and available for calls during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Act as a new hire training partner , helping onboard and mentor colleagues.
• Support training coordination for new and existing associates.
• Handle interactions professionally to drive customer satisfaction .
• Perform duties in alignment with all applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and company values.
