• Starting pay $14.00 an hour + Performance bonus (Earn up to an average $18 an hour).

Along with a passion for helping people, we look for:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening
• Schedules: open 7 days a week, weekends and nights included
• A hardwired internet connection in your work area
• Basic understanding of financial terms (APR/Card benefits & usage etc.)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
• Trained to handle multiple call types along with differing customer personalities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
