CSR/Producer Insurance Agent Fluent in Korean Needed for Our Independent Insurance Agency – FULL-TIME POSITION

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in both Korean and English (required)
• Hold and maintain a valid Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License/ Or Able to Get Licensed
• 3+ years plus of CSR or Producer experience in Personal and Commercial Lines
• Proficient in completing ACORD forms
• Experience using EzLynx management system is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record in closing
• Ability to confidently manage a large book of primarily Korean-speaking clients
• Desire for long-term employment commitment
• Self-starter, highly motivated, attention to detail a must

Location:

This is a full-time position, and is a hybrid position to start with future remote/work from home

Compensation:
$80,000 to $100,000 to start (salary + commission), commensurate with experience

Routine Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
• Generate new business through prospecting, leads, and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform related administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

•\tMinimum 3 years CSR experience in Personal and Commercial Lines
•\tExceptional communication skills
•\tSales experience with proven closing skills
•\tBi-lingual English/Korean
