Overview Our client, a global creative agency, is seeking a Creative Director (Art) . This is a freelance position (40 hours a week) through December that is hybrid (3x/week) in Los Angeles. Responsibilities Lead the overall creative vision for campaigns across multiple channels Oversee and mentor creative teams, including art directors, copywriters, and designers Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align creative work with client objectives Pitch and present concepts to clients with clarity and confidence Ensure high-quality, original, on-brand creative output Review and approve all creative deliverables before they go to clients Stay current with industry trends and inspire innovation within the team Manage timelines and resources for creative projects Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or related field 10+ years of experience in a creative role in an agency or creative environment Experience managing creative teams Strong portfolio showcasing digital (social, mobile, web) and 360 campaign work along with creative leadership Strong conceptual thinking with a keen sense of craft Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to understand and discuss business & brand strategy Strategic thinking and client-facing experience Able to work effectively in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and creatively progressive team Job Details Employment type: Contract (freelance) Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid: 3 days on-site per week) Hours: 40 hours per week through December Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 24 Seven Talent by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
