Our client, a well-established boutique CPA firm in the Fairfax area, is expanding and looking to add both entry-level and experienced CPA professionals. This is an onsite role offering strong exposure to diverse clients and clear long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

- Support client engagements across tax, accounting, and advisory work
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Assist with financial statement preparation and general accounting tasks
- Communicate directly with clients to provide guidance and resolve questions
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit in-office team

Qualifications:

- CPA or CPA-eligible candidates (all experience levels encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A team-oriented, proactive mindset
