Pride Health is hiring RN-Correctional to support our client’s medical facility based in Eloy, Arizona. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in a correctional setting, I provided direct patient care, executed provider orders, and responded to medical emergencies. I assessed inmates, dispensed medications, and monitored for critical health issues. I supervised LPNs and medical staff, ensured secure handling of medical records, and supported compliance with pharmacy regulations. I facilitated sick calls, maintained detailed documentation, and assisted with accreditation standards (NCCHC/ACA/JCAHO). I provided health education, responded to legal inquiries, and ensured contraband-free medical units. I monitored hospitalizations for early release and worked closely with contract providers to ensure quality, timely care in a secure, correctional environment.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited nursing school/program.
Experience:
Preferred: At least 1 year of professional nursing experience (not required).
Licensure & Certifications:
Current RN license in the state of employment.
Valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $1850/Weekly
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
