Job Description
Construction Team Lead. This position is the lead construction person responsible for leading a crew and performing various tasks out at jobsites.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage 1-3 man construction crew(s) on various jobsites
· Ensure job is performed within guidelines
· Ensure jobsite safety precautions are followed
· Follow up on all paperwork to be completed
· Stock and track inventory on vehicle
Skills and Qualifications
· Valid Texas Drivers License
· Able to pull trailer
· Strong communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Must be able to read and scale blueprints
· Must be able to lead crew to job completion
· Must have experience with Electrical/Framing/Squaring
· Carpentry/Electrical Refrigeration Install experience
· Must be able to come to work every day M-F
