This firm represents a diverse client base including owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and developers. The team regularly handles matters involving contract disputes, construction defects, mechanics’ liens, bid protests, and public procurement issues in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.

Job Details - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 2–5 years of experience in construction litigation, commercial litigation, or related practice areas.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, public procurement law, and dispute resolution mechanisms is preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
- A proactive, client-service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
