Our Danfoss facility in Van Wert, OH is actively seeking CNC Set up Operators. The salary ranges for these positions are $$22.22 - $31.12/hour, based on years of experience and education. Currently there are openings on several shifts. Candidate must have CNC or machining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to production requirements.
\n
• Load raw materials into the machine and initiate the machining process.
\n
• Monitor the machine operations to detect malfunctions or errors.
\n
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
\n
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product dimensions.

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials repetitively (up to 50 lbs).
