Danfoss in Easley, SC has an opening for a 3rd Shift CNC Operator. The 3rd Shift CNC Operator will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to operating the CNC machines and secondary Machines and Quality Inspections as required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proven expertise in accurately inspecting tools, determining which require replacement, assembling tools, and conducting precise measurements.

• Solid understanding of blueprints and tolerances, including advanced print reading skills.

\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in operating the pre-setter, executing set-ups, and managing load/unload tasks efficiently.

• Carry out all routine machine maintenance as mandated by TPM protocols.
\n
• Skilled in utilizing the DLOG system on machines to accurately record work stoppage codes.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Must have comprehensive technical expertise in machining processes.
\n
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Basic math skills are essential.
\n
• The role demands the ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
\n
• Prior machining experience is preferred. Strong motor coordination is crucial.
\n
• Clear and legible reading and writing skills are necessary.Working safely while wearing protective equipment is mandatory.
\n
