GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Assistant. Responsibilities Assist CRCs with prescreening potential subjects and implementing recruitment strategies. Support procedures throughout a subject visit including ECGs, vital signs, blood draws, and protocol specific items. Prepare subject source documents, lab kits, and other study items. Perform quality checks of completed source and study documents. Maintain adequate inventory of study supplies onsite and communicate updates to the Site Manager. Enter data and manage study source documentation in an electronic data capture system. Ensure secure storage of study documents throughout the trial. Assist the PI and CRC in protecting the rights and welfare of all human research participants. Update study and subject specific information in CTMS as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum one year of Clinical Research experience; regulatory experience preferred. No other requirements. Performance Requirements Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control. Skill in taking and transcribing dictation and operating office equipment. Skill in answering the phone and responding to questions. Skill in time management, prioritization, and multitasking. Skill in writing and communicating effectively. Ability to work under pressure, communicate and present information. Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures. Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, organize and analyze information. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and coordinate work activities.
