• $40,000–$60,000 per year depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, 7:45AM–4:15PM
• W2
• Target start date: August 1
ROLE IMPACT
As an elementary private Christian school teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and social development of students in PreK through 4th grade. Your commitment will contribute to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment, empowering young minds to thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver standards-based lessons that support diverse learners and align with school goals
• Assess student progress through formal and informal methods, maintaining accurate records
• Manage classroom behavior and routines, supporting social-emotional growth
• Communicate proactively with families and collaborate with staff to meet student needs
• Contribute to school-wide goals and professional development initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject area
• Experience or willingness to teach grades PreK–4
• Must meet physical demands of lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and assisting small children
• Ability to collaborate with support staff and follow individualized plans as needed
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Google Classroom (preferred; training available)
• Smart Board (preferred; training available)
• Standard grading and assessment platforms
• Classroom management and attendance systems
• Email and video conferencing for family and staff communication
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience working with special needs populations
• Familiarity with K–4 instructional strategies and developmentally appropriate practice
• Strong classroom technology integration
• Valid teaching certification
