*Duties*
* Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers.
* Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries across assigned routes.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
* Secure freight properly to prevent damage during transit and handle special cargo such as refrigerated as required.
* Maintain accurate logs of driving hours.
* Comply with all federal and state transportation laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road.
*Skills*
* Valid CDL Class A license with at least two years of OTR experience.
* Strong knowledge of load securing, and route planning.
* Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with commercial driving regulations is essential.
* Skilled in vehicle inspection procedures.
* Good communication skills for coordinating deliveries and maintaining documentation. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to safe driving practices and efficient freight delivery across various routes. Candidates should be prepared for consistent travel demands and adhere to all safety standards to ensure successful operations within our logistics team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,650.00 per week
