**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
* Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer outreach
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

* Follow scripts and company procedures where required
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
* Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
* Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection
