AUO is one of the world's leading providers of optoelectronic solutions. Our US office is seeking a talented entry-level professional to fill the Business Analyst position as the driver of our continued growth and success. The business analyst will process and analyze data to help the Sales group to develop and implement internal strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities:

• Assist key account managers in preparing “Crystal Ball” (business analysis and forecast) reports
• Assist key account managers in various analysis (such as SWOT) and forecasting activities
• Track business initiatives and goals vs. performance and provide reports to upper management
• Serve as facilitator for business processes creation and develop systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Drive awareness of continuous improvement across cross-functional groups and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of user feedback
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
• Proven analytical abilities
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or information management
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• High proficiency in business report writing
