Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer job at tsmc(T) China, US

Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.
Establish standards and guidelines for model-based work, crafting a robust BIM implementation plan to guide project execution.
Collaborate closely with construction teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure adherence to BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the integration of BIM software tools and systems with project management workflows, optimizing efficiency and collaboration.
Provide technical guidance and training to staff on BIM processes, empowering them to leverage BIM technology effectively.
Take charge of creating and managing digital 3D models and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the facility's lifecycle.
Monitor BIM integration progress and resolve conflicts proactively to ensure smooth construction processes.
Maintain the BIM integration platform to ensure its functionality and reliability.
