Job Description:
Lead internal branding efforts across digital and social platforms, supporting design for web, social, and marketing assets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and refine branding for two brands
Create social media assets, capability decks, and case studies
Help redesign the company website
Contribute to weekly branding meetings and prioritize design tasks
Develop visual materials for RFPs and business development efforts
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Strong portfolio with bold, clean, and detailed composition
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience developing brand systems and extending them across digital materials
Understanding of UX/UI and digital user flow from social to site
Ability to articulate conceptual thinking behind design projects
Experience refining and evolving existing brand systems
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with RFP processes or experience designing for business development
