Job Details We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Attorney (or Associate Attorney) to join our San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of cases, manage client relationships, and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver effective legal solutions. You’ll work within a high-performance environment, balancing independent case responsibility with team synergy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas Bar (or ability to become licensed in Texas)
2–5+ years (or more, depending on seniority) of relevant legal experience in a law firm or legal environment
Proven experience in (choose or adjust) civil litigation, insurance defense, contract disputes, or transactional matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines, multiple matters, and client expectations
Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently, but also able to collaborate as part of a team
Tech proficient — MS Office, legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis, or equivalent)
