BIM Modeler (Architectural/Structural/M&E) Scope of Work To develop BIM models, ensuring alignment with the project requirements Regularly monitor modeling and drawing and report to Project Team. Work closely with consultants to ensure smooth communication and coordination Able to produce shop drawings and update revised shop drawings as commented by Architect/Engineer/Project Team. Advise the constructability and as-built model with BIM. Able to perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager/Director. Support project team at different stages of the project. Requirement Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
