Millennium Building Solutions , a leading commercial and post-construction cleaning company in the region, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience , outstanding interpersonal skills, and the drive to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial clients through prospecting, calls, visits, and local networking
- Conduct on-site walk-throughs and prepare customized proposals for prospective clients
- Present and negotiate service contracts
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Report weekly progress and results to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bilingual English–Spanish (required)
- Previous sales experience required (preferably in cleaning services or facilities)
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Basic Excel/CRM knowledge to manage leads and pipeline
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Availability to work on-site
