About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Cash Management Officer to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and selling cash management services and solutions to both existing and new commercial and small business customers. This role involves meeting with clients to assess their needs, making recommendations for effective sales strategies, and presenting proposals. The AVP, CMO will also be tasked with solidifying existing relationships, obtaining new ones, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Extensive travel may be required to meet with clients and attend business line meetings. Applicants for the AVP, Cash Management Officer position at the company should have a BA degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a degree. A minimum of 3 years' cash management sales experience and 5 years' sales experience in selling bank products with a proven track record is required. The role demands a high level of sales and public relations skills, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of cash flow, fraud prevention, and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities. The AVP, CMO will also be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws and regulations and to assist with special projects as needed.
