Pay is $21.00 per hour

Job Description

Were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accounting clerk (Clerical) to help our dealership accounting staff. This position involves supporting daily accounting operations, including handling deposits, accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Filing/Scanning
• Submit and track Contracts to banks for funding
• Keep our Contracts in Transit average under 5 days
• Send in BOL to our corporate office.
• Make title jackets
• Assist with answering calls.
• Time Card Management

Preferred

• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad and typing.
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Mathematical aptitude.

Required

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
